Are you or your partner a member of the LGBTQIA+ community with any of the following questions/concerns?

  • Are you concerned that your immigration attorney, immigration officer, or immigration judge, would doubt that your relationship/marriage is not legitimate/bona fide because you met on Grindr, Scruff, bathhouse, sex party, or very recently?

  • Have you been married before to a partner of the opposite sex but you are now in a same-sex relationship? Are you concerned because you are bisexual, pansexual, or because of your sexual fluidity?

  • Are you married (or will you be getting married), and planning to be your partner's immigration sponsor so he/she/them can legally stay and live with you in the United States?

  • Are you seeking asylum in the United States because your life or freedom is in danger in your home country because of your sexual orientation or gender identity?

  • Are you being mistreated, beaten, or humiliated by your partner who submitted a petition for you with USCIS? Are you unsure of what to do because you are afraid that you will be deported or lose your immigration status?

  • Is your partner in another country and you want him/her/them to come to the United States to get married and request him/her/them with USCIS?

  • Are you in the process of gender transition and prefer a lawyer who understands your challenges, and someone you feel comfortable with?

  • Are you still in the process of coming out of the closet and it is difficult for you to speak about these issues publicly, with your family, or a lawyer?

  • Are you in a polyamorous or open relationship? Are you afraid or worried that an immigration judge or immigration officer would doubt/question your bona fide relationship?

  • Or are you just looking a queer attorney to feel comfortable with your truly self and full true colors?
